Erica Eischeid was born in Pontiac, MI and grew up in Lake Orion, MI and Spencer, IA.  After getting a BA at Michigan State University Erica worked as co-host of a radio morning show.  From there Erica worked in national radio advertising and on the client side in PR and event coordination.  Erica works with MontAd clients on their digital programs.
